WINE TASTING
Famed for its pinot noir and chardonnay, there are secret gems and artisan wineries nestled all along the winding roads of the Russian River Valley, not to mention the local tasting rooms in downtown Guerneville. Some of the world’s best pinots and chardonnays can consistently be found here, vintage after vintage.
NATURE
If frolicking in the woods and splashing in the river is your thing, you’re in the right place. The Bungalow is across the street from the river, with a low-key and dog friendly neighborhood beach to explore and hang out at. Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve is a five-minute drive up the road, and Sonoma County’s coastal beaches are only a 20-minute drive away.
